Question for you?

Hey, I have a question. See how the back ground on my page is this blue? Well, I'm trying to figure out how to change the color. Everytime I get a new background thing it just leaves the blue on. I don't want it blue anymore!!! Can anyone please help?

PS. I promise I'll update real soon. Sorry it's been so long.

First off how do you add a new template? Do you go to the edit html tab in layout or do you have a HTML/Java Script Gadget you use?
