Merry Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas everyone. I figured I better update our post since I sent out cards with the address on it. We had a Mayes family Christmas party and had all the kids there. This is just a few of them, 2 of which happen to be mine. We had a great time and spent the night eating, playing games, watching each other perform talents, etc. What a wonderful time!
Papa Mayes with two of his 5 grandaughters. Kaneesa, (7m. my brother Michael's youngest) and Niah, 19 m. They sure are Papa's girls, but in the same sense Papa will do anything for his little grandkids. He is a sucker for their every wish!

MyKenzie is such a good big sister to Niah. She loves to help with her and she is so loving with her. We all appreciate her maturity and her willingness to help.

George had just received his dress blues for the department, he was modeling them for us. However, I've decided he doesn't make the best model, as he doesn't move or smile. Oh well, you take what you can get when he lets you get his picture.

Computer at home

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that we finally got a new computer and got internet service at home so now it will be easier for me to post pics for you all. In the past it has been hard for me to find the time to get to a relatives house to download pics and update our site. So I hope that I will be better at updating our pics.

She was our "Wild Fairy" for Halloween. She loves candy, and once she discovered that if she took her bucket to people and they'd put stuff in it, life was good. We didn't have MyKenzie for Halloween this year so we don't have any pics of her to share.

Aunt Brandi came to town and we took the opportunity to get outside and play on the tramp with this great fall weather. Everyone was having so much fun!

Niah has this thing with playing dress up at night before she goes to bed. She loves to go get something of MyKenzie's or something fun to wear that will impress everyone. She gets a real kick out of doing this. It's so precious.

Niah's First Fair

Niah was enjoying her first ride at the MT Fair. She wasn't quite sure what to think about the whole thing. She's looking a little stoned here, probably from her cotton candy sugar high.

This is my nephew Tristan, almost 4 months old, also enjoying his first fair from his stroller.
I have a confession to make, we took MyKenzie on a seperate night and I forgot the camera, so being a bad parent, I have no pictures of her at the fair.

Fire Girls

The girls get the ride of their lives so far. MyK & Dad were being lifted up in the ladder truck while N operated from inside. Wow, what a crazy ride. Lucky N let them back down!!

The Piah

At 13 months, she is our wild child. She is always into something. Here is is pushing over her cousin, picking on her friend, rearranging mom's cupboards and insisting on eating dirt. She is very comical. This was MyK and Piah getting into trouble with a bucket of water. So cute!!
